Gin & Rum Bar

We were asked to build a portable Gin & Rum Events Bar for Beaufort Spirits using a Defender 110 hiCap Pick-up that could be used fully off-grid at Events. The vehicle itself has had a full livery, LED lighting and front grille modifications along with adding a leisure battery providing 240 volt and 12 volt power. The back bar featured Buster & Punch lighting with Foresso worktops and aluminium branded light boxes.

Behind the scene we have lots of built in storage including a drawer built specifically to store the flat-pack bar housed between the vehicles arches. The Bar itself is of flat-pack construction made from CNC routed Richlite Plycore and topped with Foresso. Flight case handles made the units easy to move and store.

Finally we worked on lots of nice little branding details from laser cut grills to etched logos and "Beaufort" lettering bringing the vehicle and brand together.
