Bespoke Bedroom & Ensuite Makeover

The brief was to make the bedroom a cool, calming, place to be with soft colours and plenty of light. We started by painting the walls with Annie Sloane Original. The furniture was hand painted in Annie Sloane Paris Grey. House of Hackney Flamboyance wallpaper in an Off White / Lavander was hung on the chimney breast as a feature wall offset by the bespoke fireplace, again painted in Annie Sloane Paris Grey. We added a new oak top to an old chest of drawers and hung an 0600 PISTE Shelf in Flamingo above them, the owner uses this to display perfumes and toiletries.

The BOX 40 King Size Bed was made in steel box frame, powder coated matt white with Bencore Ecoben Wave inserts. Our FOLD 500 Cheese Plant side tables in Flamingo pulled the room together. House of Hackney Annas Pineapple bedside lamps with Limerace lampshades sit well in this cosy bedroom. A luxurious white carpet was fitted to the floors.

For the ensuite, we half boarded the room then painted it with Annie Sloane Paris Grey with House of Hackney Flamboyance wallpaper above the boarding. A PISTE 0600 Shelf in Flamingo was hung on the boarding, the owner uses it to store her makeup and toiletries. 

The end result was a light, cosy, calming bedroom and the owner was absolutely delighted.
